No buyer premiums or hidden costs, all items are subject to applicable tax. We offer a 30-day warranty on any items with electronic/mechanical components, or if any items were misrepresented unless items are listed "As-is". Otherwise, all items are final sale. Canceled items are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee. 

All won items must be picked up/paid for during the pickup period for this auction event (Tuesday, July 2 to Saturday, July 6). 2 Week pickup extensions are available if the order is paid by the Saturday deadline. For shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote before payment of your invoice.  ALL FIRST-TIME BUYERS MUST SHOW VALID PHOTO ID AT PICKUP. Failure to pick up items will lead to item forfeiture, and we will re-list them, and your account may be suspended. All purchases are subject to applicable taxes within Canada and prices are in CAD. If you would like an extension, please prepay the order before the Saturday deadline. We can hold orders for one additional auction cycle, anything not picked up after that will be forfeited, with no refunds provided.

ITEM CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A 10% RESTOCKING FEE

Items may only be returned if first approved via email. Items may only be returned if they are malfunctioning (not working as intended) or were misrepresented in our description. There are no returns for buyer's remorse, or clothing that does not fit to your liking. All returns are at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover physical damage that occurs while in your possession and/or not present in the listing for the item. Claims for physical damage can only be made at the time of pickup and you are encouraged to inspect your items while you are on site. Attempting an abusive return or fraud return will result in permanent suspension. Fraud returns will result in criminal charges. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of auction end date. There are no exceptions to this.

All auction items end on Sunday, June 2, starting at 6pm, one after the other, every 5 seconds. There will be a 60-second auto-extend if bids are placed in the final 60 seconds. 

Once you've received your invoice, please book your pickup time using the scheduling tool. Just call when you get here, and we'll have your order prepared and brought out to you. We encourage you to checkout online, for a more streamlined checkout experience. If you are unable to pay online, you may pay onsite. We offer free shipping on orders of $200 and over, pre-tax, and items must all be marked "shippable". Items marked "Pickup or courier only, can be shipped but for a charge and are not eligible for free shipping. Items marked pickup only can only pickup up, and will not be shipped.

Items marked "Shippable" or "Pickup and Courier Only" can be shipped. Items marked "Pickup Only" can only be picked up. We can ship anywhere in Canada and the USA. Please reply to your invoice requesting a shipping quote prior to payment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless order pre-tax total is over $200, and all items on invoice are marked shippable. Orders containing "Pickup or Courier Only" items do not qualify for free shipping. Contact us for clarification on a specific item.

Items must be picked up and paid for between Tuesday July 1 to Saturday July 6. Two Week extensions are available if order paid by the Saturday deadline. Orders not paid up within the two week extension period are forfeit and no refunds will be given. We are open for pickup between the hours of 11-8pm Monday to Friday, and 11-6pm on Saturday. If you require an extension, please prepay the order online.
